The Sea Breeze Guest House, offers bed and breakfast and self catering accommodation in Swakopmund.
We have seven standard double/twin rooms and four self-catering units. One of the self-catering units consists of two bedrooms, two en-suite bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen and living/dining room. One self-catering unit is fully wheelchair friendly. All rooms are non-smoking. All rooms have the following amenities: Hairdryer, Safe, Coffee/Tea bar, Heater, Fan and Fridge.
All self-catering units and four of the standard double rooms have full DSTV with hotel bouquet. Free high-speed WIFI internet access is available in all the rooms. Safe and secure parking with remote controlled gate. One outdoor Braai facility available to be shared by guests. Laundry services available on premises at extra cost.
We are located 300 metres from the beach and ten minutes' drive from the city centre. Most of the restaurants are located in the city centre. From 2016 we will have restaurants located within walking distance. There are a lot of attractions and activities around and available for guests. We offer advice for attractions to guests and assist with bookings for activities and restaurants.
We are 40 km from the airport at Walvisbay and do not offer airport transfers but we can arrange a taxi or shuttle for our guests at their own cost.

| Tariffs/rates quoted include accommodation, VAT and all Government levies. The guesthouse reserves the right to amend the tariffs/rates accordingly should the percentage level of VAT be increased or Government levies be increased during the duration of this agreement, or if the Namibian Dollar should be officially devalued, or any other unforeseen circumstances that may occur in the duration of this agreement. All tariffs/rates quoted in this agreement as specified in the rate sheet of the respectiveaccommodation establishment are in Namibian Dollars, per unit, per night. In the event of refurbishment programmes, upgrades or any unforeseen exceptional circumstances, the guesthouse reserves the right to seek alternative accommodation in a hotel of similar standard or a hotel conveniently situated. Children accommodation apply as per the quoted rate sheet. |

| This agreement is governed by and is subject to interpretation in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Namibia. The guesthouse shall be excused and shall not be deemed in default for any failure of performance hereunder, for any reason beyond its control. Such cause shall be deemed to include, without limitation, war, warlike operations, armed aggression, insurrection, riots, fire, explosions, accidents, failure to obtain government approvals, Government acts or omissions, regulations or orders, acts of God, acts of a public enemy, epidemics, quarantine, restrictions or labour unrest. |

Terms & Conditions
- The property (you) must offer the 15% saving to all verified members
- Verification is done automatically at the time of an enquiry. It is at the property’s discretion whether to offer the saving for a telephonic enquiry. (As you have no means to verify the membership number, it is advisable to get them to do a formal enquiry so they can be verified).
- If the property is currently running a "Special" greater than 15% then the "Special" price will apply. (No further savings needs to be offered). EXCEPT in the case where the "Special" is lower than 15%. In that case the 15% will apply.
Example: A property offering a 10% discount, must offer an additional 5% discount to valid members - so they get a total 15% saving. - The property must offer valid members the saving all year round. (Properties that pick and chose in which seasons to participate run the risk of being removed from the programme completely. Allowing selective participation defeats the integrity of this initiative).
- The property must not inflate the price before the 15% is applied. Prices displayed should be the rack rate. (The official or advertised price of a room).
- The property must honour any bookings made while the property was participating as a $elect Stays property.
- The property must honour the agreement and the spirit in which the initiative is designed to benefit local tourism.
